Bill Fritsch has been a resident of Kalamazoo, Michigan, for over 30 years. He did his first white pencil on black paper portrait drawing, as an art student at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, in 2005. "In Two Gardens" is his third Narrative Art entry at ArtPrize.
