The B.O.B. (an acronym for Big Old Building) is located in downtown Grand Rapids. The 70,000-square-foot, four- story, red brick building was constructed in 1903 as Judson's grocery warehouse. It stood vacant for decades before The Gilmore Collection began its transformation, saving it from demolition. Its casual appeal, large size and historic charm have given The B.O.B. landmark / destination status in downtown Grand Rapids. Ambitious, expansive, and versatile, The B.O.B. offers a uniquely personal experience for every guest who walks through the door.

Studio Park is packed with things to do and see. Stop over and enjoy a meal. See a live performance. Catch a movie. Shop until you drop. Once you visit Studio Park, you’ll never want to leave. Okay, that’s an exaggeration. But you’ll definitely love visiting for hours. That’s probably a more realistic thing to say.

Our venue is situated on Monroe Center which is a heavy traffic area downtown Grand Rapids. We have three possible window locations that an artist could select from to feature their piece. The photo's attached were taken awhile ago. I hope to have new ones soon without so much glare. We previously had an awning over the windows which created shadows. That has now been removed for a brighter viewing area.
