When listening to The Water Clocks, a four-piece rock band out of Grand Rapids, MI, one would describe their music as unique, abstract, euphoric, or transcendental. Combining interesting and distinctive melody, modern day pop/rock structure, and a captivating live performance, it is easy to see why the band is quickly gaining a cult following after only coming together in early 2010. Along with proficient musicianship and a talented ear for melody, band members of The Water Clocks add a variety of experiences in the music industry that have taken them all over the country. Fronting The Water Clocks is Craig Nelson, former lead guitarist for BRIAN VANDERARK (The Vervepipe) and PAPA VEGAS (RCA records). The band also features Jordan Gilliam, former lead guitarist for KEVIN MAX (Grammy winning vocalist for DC TALK) and STILL REMAINS (Roadrunner Records). Rounding out the group are bassist Joe Sarnicola (Lowlight) and drummer Ross Veldheer (Sweet Japonic).
