Radella is an Assistant Professor of Dance at Kenyon College. Radella’s work with Kenyon College students was performed at Kennedy Center in the National College Dance Festival May 2012. Radella is a 2104 Ohio Arts Council Individual Excellence Award recipient. Her work has been funded by organizations including Anjersfonds and Prins Bernard Fonds in Amsterdam, Société des Auteurs et Compositeurs Dramatiques in Brussels, the Abteiling Kulturelles des Kantons Basel-Landschaft grant in Basel, Switzerland, Illinois Arts Council, Ingenuity Festival, and the Ohio Arts Council. Radella often works as a movement coach for theater productions at Kenyon College.
