Established in the heart of downtown Grand Rapids, the Art Museum is internationally known for its distinguished design and LEED® Gold certified status. Established in 1910 as the Grand Rapids Art Association, GRAM has grown to include more than 6,000 works of art. GRAM hosts both traveling and original exhibitions, including the Michigan Artist Series which highlights the work of artists and designers working throughout the state. Centrally located in the heart of the city, GRAM has hosted the Art Prize Public Vote Grand Prize winners in 2010, 2012, and 2014, Juried Grand Prize winner in 2014, Two-Dimension Juried winner in 2015, and Time-Based Public Vote winner in 2016.
