Watercolor painting was an instant attraction for me. The action of pigments meeting water and paper, the unpredictability of the result, was nothing short of exciting. While my children were in school I attended every watercolor workshop possible. After about five years I had to put my brushes away. Wherever I moved, my boxes of art supplies went with me, feeling confident some day I would be able to unpack them. That year came in late 2011. The boxes are now unpacked and supplies organized for the long term. Watercolor painting is every bit as exciting to me as it was at that first workshop 20+ years ago.
