Originally from Macomb, Michigan, Bianca Brengman began her classical, Russian ballet training under the tutelage of Desiree Brengman, her mother. Following into her adolescence, she continued her training at the Rochester School of Dance along with completing a summer of training at the Joffery Ballet with John Magnus. Bianca began her undergraduate education at Wayne State University, studying Dance and Business. Here she was selected to work in residency with Ralph Lemon, Dwight Rhoden, and Desmond Richardson. After two years, she transferred to Oakland University to complete her dance studies. Here, she worked with Stephanie Pizzo, Ali Woerner, and Thayer Jonutz. During her career at Oakland, she was selected to be in residencies with Laurie Eisenhower, Rodney Brown, Stephanie Martinez, and Loni Landon. During her final year at OU, Ms. Brengman produced her very own show entitled, “Revolution of Love.” The show encompassed five original works that portrayed some of her significant life events. Upon graduating with honors with her BFA in Dance and Business, Bianca worked for two years doing commercial dance with the Detroit Lions Organization as an NFL Cheerleader. To stay connected with her love of Modern dance, she choreographed works to be performed for local festivals within Detroit. While she continued to grow as a dancer, Bianca decided it was time to start a new adventure by moving to Grand Rapids. Here she plans to use her creative visions to leave her own artistic footprint within the city.
