A Grand Rapids native who comes from two musical families. Under their influence, her love for music was birthed. Fueled by that passion she’s had the opportunity to travel the world performing. She is a vocal performance major at Grand Valley State University and just had her first role with Opera Grand Rapids in the opera 'Second Nature' as Elizabeth. This summer, she released her first single 'Clap it Up', a song about self love and celebration. 'Clap it Up' can be found on all digiital outlets. This fall, Avalon will continue her role with Opera Carolina in Douglas Tappin's opera, 'I Dream' in the role of Rosa Parks. She is known for her vocal versatility performing different genres such as R&B, gospel, jazz, and classical. Avalon Cutts-Jones Music can be found performing throughout the Midwest.
