Angela Yetzke is a West Michigan-based choreographer and an Assistant Professor of Dance at Hope College. Yetzke took part in the first annual ArtPrize in 2009, performing in the choreography of A. Catherine Herrman of Chicago, and again in 2012 with her own site dance, “Intent Made Tangible.” Yetzke is the co-founder of Dance in the Annex (DITA), a West Michigan organization established to promote modern dance and artistic collaboration in West Michigan. Her creative interests include voice-movement integration and artistic hybrids in site dance. She is a Certified Movement Analyst and holds a Master of Fine Arts in Choreography/Performance from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from Western Michigan University.
