My more formative artistic study took place at the Virginia Governor’s Magnet School for the Arts, Virginia Commonwealth University, and the University of New Orleans, where I earned an MFA. Since completing my graduate studies, I have mounted numerous solo exhibitions and have participated in group shows locally, nationally and internationally. Additionally, my work has been featured in numerous print and online sources including ARTnews, Art Papers, Sculpture Magazine, Oxford American, Washington Post, Huffington Post, Gambit Weekly and The Times Picayune. In ancillary pursuits, I am has been a regular contributor to Art Voices Magazine and am a member of the St. Claude Arts District’s artist run exhibition space, The Front. I continue to live and work in New Orleans.
