Peace Alive

"Peace Alive" is a visual aid to help us connect the peace and beauty within our depths with the peace and beauty outside of our selves. In painting this I used a photo, taken recently by friends on Empire Bluff near Glen Arbor, MI on the Leelanau Peninsula in northern Michigan. Native Americans called the lake "Leelanau", which means "delight of life". May we all become ever more deeply awakened to the "delights of life" as we journey together through that, indeed, PEACE MAY BECOME ALIVE.
