The Native American story and their connection with nature, particularly with the buffalo, has always intrigued me. This painting depicts the massacre or decimation of the roaming herds of buffalo by the white man. I have done several other buffalo paintings, selling one this past April at the Farmington Art Club Spring Exhibit.
