This inkjet print of a photographic composite explores fading and emerging light in the desert. It represents the evolution of time of day and transition from twilight to sunrise through a group of twelve high resolution digital photographs taken from various locations in Death Valley, CA. Inspired by the vastness of the landscape and vault of the sky, the circle of images is surrounded by stars. “Twilight to Dawn” is a meditation on the circle of time.
