Objects from Photographs

In my work I reinterpret experiences of pointed yet every day moments from life-like the play of shadows from sunlight filtering through a canopy of trees. I take these ephemeral moments and translate them into three dimensional form. In this practice I'm investigating whether the depth of these ordinary moments as I initially experience them can translate to the artwork I make. These three objects made of plastic and photographs, are meditations on the edge between image and object, representation and abstraction, form and formlessness.
