The Notebook

Wood vase approximately 18 inches high and a 11 inch diameter at it's widest point. Depicted on the vase are dozens of white geese, ducks and swans representing a scene from the movie, "The Notebook" (the most romantic movie ever). The images of the waterfowl are created by glueing small pieces of varying species of wood together in the shapes of the various birds. The whole vase (made of hundreds of pieces of wood glued together) is then shaped on a wood lathe.
