Distingue Apothicaire

This piece is composed of four metallic finished photos mounted on standouts (8x10 ea) and attached to a black backing-board. They are all of the same outside wall of an old pharmacy in the small town where I reside. Three of the images are the same crop size and angle with the nonconforming fourth being a visual draw for the viewer's mind to be driven to greater depths of emotion and thought than even what the color variable provides. The name, "Distingue Apothicaire", was chosen by virtue of the fact that it was owned by the LeMire family (of French descent), one of the oldest families in Newaygo.
