Michigan's Infinite Beauty

Deb Drew Brown's avatar Deb Drew Brown

Remember peaceful days and calmness all around you? "Michigan's Infinite Beauty" showcases our quiet Michigan fall with a pond and trees that invites reflection--literally. The pond reflections and the sky will shimmer through the piece as the silver of the aluminum background will be exposed in these areas. The other addition that makes this piece striking is that I have applied a Photoshop filter that allows definition of everything in the piece to pop out. This piece of art is printed on 3 horizontal aluminum panels that will be connected by rings. It will be a large piece [approximately 4x3 feet] that has a fluid movement to it because of the 3 sections. I hung this piece a few inches from the wall to allow some gentle movement. This is appropriate since it involves trees and water. I am very excited about "Michigan's Infinite Beauty" and I hope that you will enjoy it. Experience ArtPrize 2011 with a passion! Deb Brown
