Michigan Clouds from Both Sides Now

Denny Beck's avatar Denny Beck

While popular culture celebrates total sunshine, photographers embrace clouds for their ability to soften stark light, provide texture and add color, especially at dawn and dusk. This presentation combines fine art photographs with digital interpretations of their mirrored reflections. The result is a techno-artistic evolution of Rorschach ink blot symmetry that sees both sides of Michigan clouds over Sleeping Bear Dunes, Lake Superior and Grand Rapids.
