80 Years

Four Lincolns

80 Years is more than a rock song...it is the sounding of an alarm... "What kind of species doesn't fight for survival? Claiming ignorance that its self is its rival..." This is Four Lincolns' vocalist, Sarah Keen's, attempt to release her frustration with her fellow man denying the effects of climate change... You can almost hear the exasperation in her voice as she faces the desolation to come, knowing there is still an overwhelming amount of disbelief and denial about it. Backed by the hard driving guitars of Paul Keen and Mike Raaymakers, the message resonates deep with the listener. Rounded off by the bass playing of Charley Van Portfliet, acoustic rhythm of James Mason and assertive drumming of Rob Costley, this song will linger in your conscience long after listening to it. Really, what kind of species doesn't fight for survival?
