This Installation focuses on sharing an art experience, and ideas of an artist within a community. It celebrates a people, their culture, their interactions, their interconnected ecology and symbology. Experiencing this Art Installation is about suspending the need for labels. Within this piece are different kinds of communication codes (binary, etc) encouraging and helping us realize and define ourselves as not so different from “others”. We are all human and connected. Installation is about KINDNESS & COMMUNITY: for ourselves and for others. It is about Art as essential for life, about discovery, engagement and Art as a method to share and experience life in a different and richer way. Unseen and unfathomable in this installation, are current divisive labels, Democrat, Independent, Republican, Muslim, Catholic, Protestant, Jew, Buddhist, sexual orientation, professional, blue collar, black, white, disabled, elderly, and sometimes, not even gender is truly evident. Prejudice and judgement ... not allowed nor encouraged.
