Sunset in the Great UP

In the very heart of the Upper Penninsula 15 miles from the closest electricity and WiFi there still exists a true wilderness in Michigan. This place is called Long Lake and may be one of the most isolated lakes in Michigan. These photos represent the peace and tranquility which encompasses the person who is energetic enough to venture into this wilderness. At sunset everything becomes incredibly quiet; no sound of civilization only the calls of the night hawks. As the light fades and the wind ceases, the water and the sky create a mirror image of each other.
