What's Held Inside Colors Our World

I didn't know about 4 months ago, how relevant these paintings would be today. The basis behind my project, was to portray the unconditional love towards all human life. How beautiful it is and could be. It's so interesting and humorous that subconsciously I'm actually kind of scared to be talking about what I believe in and paint about love with everything that's been going on this summer. Then I remembered how impactful it is if we just chose it every day in our lives. The process of this project has been so fun and transformational in itself. Back when I got all of my models together for photos, the entire premise of what I wanted portray laid itself out in front of me. It only took the kids a minute to start playing and interacting with each other lovingly. The adults sat and stared at me with a foot between each other waiting for direction. It was so funny to me! But after about ten minutes of reassuring them that they could just have fun, they finally opened up. It was beautiful.
