That's The Way I Like It

Before computers there was fine pen and labor. Creating a work for 220 moving musicians involves thinking along several lines at once. This work represents a diversion from mere music performance - it represents a shift to the bigger picture for which pursuing an Arts Administration Masters Degree opens for musicians and artists to distribute their craft. We all know that we ALL won't become professional players in our lives - but that does not diminish our Passion and Love of Music! Find your niche - or create one! Learning that careers in Development, Logistics, Library and Property Management are also crucial to a well run Organization means you can stay in the game and remain a vital part of the Arts. The "other" significant thing about this work is that I did it for the Love of the UMMB - but moreso after we discovered that the Big Ten Conference would allow a member school to play in a Bowl Game other than the Rose Bowl for the first time in history!
