The Feathered Serpent, is one of the major deities of the ancient Mesoamerican pantheon. The Aztecs called him Quetzalcoatl. Transcending earth, he was the deity of the morning and evening stars, Lord of the wind and giver of knowledge. I hope to inspire viewers to study their dreams and environment, take notice of the beauty that surrounds us. Notice the details, the illusions, the colors and the unanticipated simple pleasures. The first panel hints of the the night before, the fallen moon and the new dawn. The second panel represents the the day in full bloom and the third panel suggests the sunset and the beginning of a stellar night.
