Situated in a renovated 100 year old bank at the original Western border of the city, the bitter end coffehouse is located 3 blocks west of the downtown GVSU campus and is open 24 hours/7days a week. The coffeehouse maintains the original century-old architecture and a European ambiance: tile floors, oak woodwork, leaded glass windows and a 12 foot tin ceiling. Walls are decorated with unique, interesting, and unusual artwork. The bitter end features a large variety of organic, Fair Trade espresso beverages, organic, Fair Trade varietals, organic loose leaf teas and a wide selection of smoothies as well as fresh bagels, baked goods and pastries. Music: Jazz/Blues/Folk. Free wireless internet is available and ample free parking is available in the City Lot across the street. Check us out at
