The concept behind this series is basically taking a rough sketch of a background and seeing what I can make out of the organic forms that come from literally just spraying paint onto canvas. My entry is not yet completed, but the entry for Artprize is now, so I would like to show it at the beginning stages. All of the paintings in this series can be put together as an installation or can stand alone as well.

Venue & Connection Information

Nothing major needed to hang the entry piece, basically a big wall to hang it on. I do have 10-13 smaller pieces (in this series) that can be displayed along with this piece and can also be considered one entry if space allows. I have included a few pictures of the works that can be sent out, along with the painting up for consideration (on my profile). Some of my works are currently in Grand Rapids.
