25 Ottawa, is prominently positioned in the Arena District of downtown Grand Rapids, Michigan. Because the addition of high end finishes and added amenities are standard to the Franklin Partners brand, we’re actively repositioning this property with upgrades to heighten the original architecture. A new tenant fitness center and conference rooms have been designed for the lower level. These spaces encourage collaboration and foster community within the building. 25 Ottawa’s connectivity of the Skywalk allows easy access to ample parking, the Van Andel Arena, JW Marriott, Amway Grand Plaza, a variety of restaurants, financial institutions and the DeVos Convention Center. The completion of design changes will reposition and repurpose a once dated building with a fresh new appearance that is timely for the growth of downtown Grand Rapids.
