A downtown Grand Rapids landmark, built in 1898 as a furniture expostion building. Converted to an office building after World War II. A prominent location in the core of downtown houses a Gilmore Collection restaurant (Bite/Ottawa Tavern), the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce and many high profile office tenants.
