Venue description We are a mechanical contractor and we would love to host several artists. We do heating cooling, plumbing and electrical work for residential and light commercial. We are looking for outside art as well as inside art. We are a great alternative venue and we want to do this a 2nd time. Last year we got a lot of media attention because we are such an unexpected venue and we had great artists here. Lets continue with that!!!We have a spacious show room to properly display your pieces. We are willing to make some temporary custom lighting in our showroom. We realize that we aren't the obvious choice for an artist but we are located right off the highway and have great exposure. We have ample free parking on our lot and across the street. We have a workshop with garage access for loading and unloading.
Venue statement We like to support our local community and we have the technical ability to make some cosmetic changes to our showroom to accomodate an artists wishes. We have a large workshop area in the back to unload and set up.

Floor plan notes: we have a wide open showroom with 13 ft ceiling. Approximate 33 x 51 ft plus show room space to work with. We are willing to work with artists wishes in designing a space. We are handicap accessible and we have a large workshop in the back for unloading. 2 vehicle garage doors
