Exhibition statement
The location is readily accessible in a well-traveled area in Downtown Grand Rapids. With our proximity to the Van Andel arena and easy access from US-131, the venue is easy to get to by foot or vehicle. Since we are not a traditional venue for art exhibitions, we can attract viewers who may not be comfortable in some of the larger exhibition halls, and draw them in to explore more of the art during the event. The location is open during extended hours (3am Th, Fr, Sa.), is family-friendly, and has an open layout which allows for versatility in the art that could be displayed.

4000+ square foot - open space, renovated downtown manufacturing building. 18ft high tin ceiling, large store front windows facing Ionia Avenue. Great visibility, great for local foot traffic. Several areas available including a window/ledge area, 35' x 5' Chalk Board, open brick walls, other creative areas that accommodate your piece(s).
