The building located at 200 Ottawa Avenue NW is a marquee Class “A” office building located in the Central Business District. Approximately 4231 square feet of outside space located on the plaza of the Chase Bank Building located in the Central Business District of Downtown Grand Rapids.
**You must be able to supply your own bases for the art as you are not allowed to drill directly into the plaza.
