Venue description: Prairie Real Estate, Lambert, Edwards & Associates, Adtegrity and Pioneer Construction will utilize the space located at 47 Commerce Ave. NW, at the corner of Commerce and Weston Aves. This historic, single-story Grand Rapids office building offers 10,000 square feet of wide-open indoor space along with a magnificent and highly visible outdoor rooftop location. The interior features a post-industrial floor plan with space to host several artists.

The space includes expansive display windows, which flood the interior with daylight, and glow at night, for prime visual accessibility to passersby. This is a beautifully preserved, historic building with a central location in downtown Grand Rapids’ Heartside district, one block east of the popular Division Avenue for the Arts, and one block south of popular Fulton Avenue entertainment and dining establishments. The building is located directly across the street from 38 Commerce Ave., future condo and retail high-rise.
Venue statement: LE&A has a long tradition of supporting the Arts. The agency led the public relations and marketing outreach for the all-new Grand Rapids Art Museum and members of the LE&A team have represented some of the leading art programs in the Midwest, including Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park and Millennium Park: Chicago. In 2006, LE&A hosted the first Kendall College Scholarship Commission, which gave scholarships to two students and placed their original pieces of artwork into the agency’s permanent collection.
