| Venue description: We are in the process of expanding, our current size (1,200 sq. ft) and we will be adding three more rooms on two floors for an additional 3,000 sq. ft. We have large picture windows which are at eye level to all passerby's. We have a full stage in one room and a double door entrance on one side with a dual entrance on the other side. Traffic flow is very smooth throughout the building. We in addition to the building have 2 vacant city lots that we plan on hosting an outdoor garden for "outside" sculptures. the approximate dimensions for the outdoor garden are 18,000 sq. ft, with approximately 150 sq. ft of street frontage on Seward Ave. |
