Scott A. Holler – iPhone Photographer - Scott was born and raised in St. Anthony Village, a suburb of Minneapolis. In the past his non-iPhone images have been of many subjects including: the water castles of Germany, Cathedrals and castles of England and Whales, the tropical beauty of St. Thomas, USVI where he lived for 10 years, and the panoramic beauty of the Alaskan wilderness. Although Mr. Holler has only been sharpening his skill as an iPhone photographer for a short period of time (his first smart phone was purchased in 2013), he has taken well over 10,000 images. His editing style and frame of reference are unique to his art form and he is always looking to stretch the limits of what the image can become and the printing processes that can be used to transform an image on an iPhone to photographs suitable for hanging on a wall. Recently Scott’s work has gone towards macro photography, image editing, and blending multiple images together into a single image. His images are meant to create an image and connection for his viewers and patrons. These images can bring up a feeling long hidden and forgotten or stir the imagination.
