While currently living in Jackson, I was born and raised in Grand Rapids. This will be my second year participating in ArtPrize. Growing up in a creative family, I furthered my interest in photography while taking classes at Aquinas College. When capturing an image, I like to think outside of what our eyes normally see and record a more abstract view of our environment. Our fast paced lifestyle often has us glancing by small moments that should be seen as extraordinary, and my goal is to give people back those moments.
