I am a returning artist to Artprize this year as well as a graduate from Michigan's Grand Valley State University with a degree in English/Literature and a History minor. I've lived in Michigan since I was 5 years old and I've drawn since just about then as well. Much of my inspiration comes from nature, surrealism and literature, particularly mythology and the classics . I was selected by Stella's Lounge for Artprize 2011 with my cartoon/surrealism piece "Diaspora of Dementia."
