Processing Fiber embraces the range of both traditional and nontraditional practices with fiber art as a diverse material for constructing art. The featured artists have made fiber objects from several practices such as embroidery, felting, knitting, crochet, and weaving. Whether the focus is on technique or the approach to fiber arts, the broad scope of works on display are visually compelling and emotionally charged.
