It is a 14 1/2"x22" quilt piece. Doilies and rick-rack are memories of the past and childhood. I recently saw a show of Nick Cave's 'Sound suits' and it inspired me to create this piece. After seeing the show I immediately visited the local antique shop and bought a lot of old doilies and pot holders. This is the result of the joy the show instilled.
