A multi-level parking structure located on the corner of Ottawa and Fulton Streets. This venue is a prime location, highly visible, with tons of space for dynamic site-specific installations. There are some limitations with the venue, or should I say many opportunities for creative use of space. The building cannot accommodate anything permanent, heavy, requiring electric or lighting. Ideal materials are lightweight and transparent or translucent to some degree. (fabric, thread, yarn, paper).
