The MLive Media Group and The Grand Rapids Press hub is a brand new, modern open-concept space housing an equally innovative, state-of-the-art media company covering news and information important to Grand Rapids and beyond. With more than 100 multimedia journalists, sales and marketing staff, and with a lengthy history of supporting the arts, we are uniquely suited to promoting everything ArtPrize has to offer like no one else. We are seeking artists whose work expands on the values of community and spurs conversation that drives new ideas and ways of thinking. Our main level windows would be ideal for an artist's piece to be seen by art-goers from the street or sidewalk, while the upper level could accommodate video or art visible from the outside the space. Located across from Rosa Parks Circle in downtown Grand Rapids, the Hub is in the heart of the ArtPrize action and special events ensuring maximum exposure and foot traffic for displayed pieces.

These are few of the words Mayor George Heartwell used to describe the creative, contemporary space downtown on Monroe Avenue that houses MLive Media Group, an equally innovative, state-of-the-art media company covering news and information important to Grand Rapids and beyond. News and information gathering and distribution is evolving and MLive Media Group is providing unprecedented local news coverage while engaging with all our audiences locally and across Michigan at their doorsteps, online and via mobile platforms. Art-goers are welcome to view artwork in the windows of our space, in the center of it all, downtown Grand Rapids.
