America The Beautiful
2011 ArtPrize EntryI am registering on flag day as I am creating a hand woven 4' X 6' US flag. It is made from mixed red, whites and Blues to represent our diversity as a country. I thought of this idea while thinking of the softer side of the USA. The thought is to promote graciousness, kindness, compassion and love. This piece indeed is being made with those thoughts.
