Kelly's piece depicts the unique combination of strength, softness and fortitude that women possess. Kelly hopes to inspire women of all ages to dream big, work hard and continue forging the change we want and need to see in the world. This thought provoking piece was originally conceived in 2017, just prior to the Metoo movement. Kelly is honored to be able to be a part of Artrpize 10 as an exhibitor at the West Grand Neighborhood Organization. Kelly is otherwise known as a leader in the communities she serves in and is a visionary and creator for positive change. Kelly possesses an MBA and is a business entrepreneur who is passionate about developing best practices to enhance the customer experience. Having experienced first hand the discrimination that often takes place when it comes to gender equality in regards to fair treatment and compensation; Kelly has dedicated her focus to development and implementation of management practices that foster a workplace culture into a safe, stable and equitably fair professional environment. In 2017, Kelly stepped away from her family business to pursue a better quality of work and personal life. Kelly started her own CBD company, QUEENBCBD.COM, and mobile extraction business GRACEFULMOBILITY.COM and continues to develop other skill sets including real estate property management and sales. Kelly is also an ordained minister and Reiki Master.
