The Dino-Zar is a one-of-a-kind, rideable piece of artwork. It began its journey as an art bike in the spring of 1985 and has been evolving ever since. The Dino-Zar is emblazoned with thousands of LED lights, numerous animated mechanical animals, and countless electronic gadgets. Artificial fruit and flowers, duct tape, twine, faux fur and alligator skin, and other materials add a unique look. Various poles rise from the Dino-Zar; each with a unique theme, look, and color scheme. In some ways, the Dino-Zar is a microcosm of its creator’s own life journey as it includes souvenirs and mementos gathered from the artist’s travels and experiences. This entry is sure to draw a crowd and hold everyone’s attention as young and old alike check out its multitude of electronic gadgetry and whimsical features and decorations. Although rideable, the Dino-Zar will be a static indoor entry for ArtPrize. It can be said the Dino-Zar is a bicycle with everything including the kitchen sink, as it even sports a working water faucet. It has everything, that is, except for a motor.
