Limerence
"Limerence" is a nonobjective abstract painting that is my attempt to visually capture the "feeling" that lies between Lust and Love. It was inspired by the work of psychologist Dr. Dorothy Tennov. It is a large, bright painting with a great feeling of movement within. I also paint thick which gives my paintings a natural feeling of depth. "Limerence" was not completed when I applied to ArtPrize. Therefore the pictures of my work that you see on this page are previous artworks of mine and is NOT the work that is on exhibition this year.
