After completing a MFA degree at the Art Institute of Chicago in 1975, I spent the following thirty-five years supporting a family and operating a sheet metal fabricating business in Indianapolis. Throughout those years I still managed to produce paintings and public sculptures. Since retiring in 2010, I have been free to devote nearly all of my time creating art, most of which has been inspired by an interest in the juxtaposition of micro and macro surfaces. Visit my website to learn more about me, my work and about my landmark case under the Visual Rights Arts Act (VARA), Martin v. City of Indianapolis.
