Artist & Connection Information
For ArtPrize 2015, the GRPM will host an outdoor exhibition consisting of art that will either visually lend itself to the setting of the Museum grounds, demonstrate a GRPM exhibition connection, or offer hands-on educational opportunities. This year during ArtPrize is an exciting time for the GRPM, as we will be hosting The Discovery of King Tut exhibition, on its third stop on its U.S. tour and will be opening American Spirits: The Rise and Fall of Prohibition. Artists who have themed art that coincides with one or both of these exhibits are encouraged to apply to our location. The GRPM is a proud participant of ArtPrize Educational Days. If you are an artist applying, please note if you would be interested in volunteering your art for the Educational Days, helping to teach children about your art, style, process and help them learn hands on how to create similar pieces.
