THE SPOT @ Federal Square, aside from the exhibition centers, was the venue of interest in 2011. No other privately sponsored venue offers the dedicated space for artist's works. Below is a sampling of press and coverage THE SPOT received for the works displayed. This year we will once again focus on works by artists from all over the world, providing a spectrum of works. Conduct a search on Google for Artprize and THE SPOT for numerous links and articles on the works displayed last year.

Federal Square - The Spot, sponsored by the law firm of Kane & Co., PLC. and Martin Property Management, is an open floor plan of nearly 3000 ft offering expansive 12 foot high walls provides ample unobstructed views for two and three-dimensional works of art. The SPOT is a purely volunteer run venue. The large open-interior space is dedicated soley to Art Prize Exhibition. The Spot is located in the heart of the City Center at 29 Pearl Street, between Ottawa and Ionia Streets, and adjacent the new Kendall College of Art and Design venue and voter registration center. If your time is limited, you must stop by The Spot.
