Join the GRPM and Amber Kilpatrick’s Mindful Vinyasa School of Yoga for Yoga Under the Whale on Tuesday, November 14 from 6:30 – 7:45 p.m.
Yoga Under the Whale will be in the style of Mindful Vinyasa, which incorporates mindfulness into a smooth, deliberate and accessible yoga flow. All levels are welcome to attend and no experience is necessary. Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a friend.
Classes are free to attend with a suggested donation of $8. Sessions will be held under the Museum’s Fin Whale on the first floor.
