Hansen for Grand Rapids, MI ArtPrize 2013. This work is a "feel good" happy song composed in honor of instrumental music education programs in West Michigan and across America. This work is dedicated to all those who have helped further music education within the school systems and understand that those with some kind of a music background have a “leg up” in life. This uses a straight ahead beat which should evoke, a dance, a strut, a joyous celebration that everyone can relate to; and one that everyone needs at this time. It's a "feel good" song!
