Cheryl Frey Richards is an independent artist, designer and art educator. She received formal art training at Valparaiso University and has been exhibiting and selling her work for over 15 years. She works in acrylics, oils, colored pencil, and ink. She experiments in almost every other medium and art historical period. “As an artist, I am most moved by the human struggle through life: the delicate balance between joy and anger, black, gray and white, and the interaction of humankind with the rest of the world. Each piece is an anthropological observation."
